It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lyle Smerling of Berlin, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 10, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward and Mary Smerling (Sterz); his daughters, Jamie Smerling and Lanae Merrick (Smerling); and his wife Margaret.
He is survived by: his children, Julie, Anthony and Darren Smerling; and his grandchildren, Gavin and Carley Merrick.
A memorial has been established on Lyle's behalf.
