He is survived by: his mother Donna Madison Kirk; his wife Anne Stemler; his brother Kris Kirk (Tammy); his nieces and nephews, Paul Kirk (Stephanie), Ashlynn Kirk and Kyle Kirk (Belle); and his siblings-in-law, Marcy Klepinger (Wayne), Mary Jo Smith, Christian Stemler (Linda), Monica Goldin (Matthew), Therese Lewallen (Dallas), Joseph Stemler and Jonathon Stemler. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and friends.
