She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Kau and Louise Kau; her siblings, Larry Kau and Kathy Licht; and her brother-in-law Joe Felske.
She is survived by: her children, Joel Van Den (Wendy), James Van Den Hout (Nancy Reynolds), Joy Masters (Clay), Jeff Van Den (Sheryl) and Jene Van Den (Sarah); and her grandchildren, Eric Van Den (Rachel), Ben Masters (Annie), Jordan Masters (Heather), Zack Van Den (Angie), Josh Van Den (Virginia), Paige Bednar (Dan), Hannah Masters, Cole Van Den Hout, Garrett Van Den (Angela), Breanna Malczewski (Matt) and Jeremiah Pruetz (Liz). She is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
