She was predeceased by: her mother Evelyn B. Harrison (Eugene Cappelletti); her great grandchild Carrie of Le Flore, OK; her birth father Eugene Cappelletti; her stepfather Kermit Harrison; her daughter Carrie Evelyn Beaty; and her grandson Donald J. Sturm.
She is survived by: her father-in-law Kermit Harrison; her sister Cherie; her husband Fred E. Wortham Jr.; her daughter Rosalind Janet Gray (Donald) of Taft, TX; her grandchildren, April A Helgerman and Paul HS Gray; her daughter Laurrie Adair White (Norbert) of Disputanta, VA; her grandchildren, Rachelle M. Odem, Jason E. Coates, Tiffanie D. Doyle, Amanda R. Hensel, William A. White II and Kelly N. Haldeman; her son Eugene Lawrence Shrock (Kelley) of Buda, TX; her grandchildren, Jaron E. Shrock and Janson H. Shrock; her son Dallas Harrison Wortham (Sheri) of Lacey, WA; her grandchildren, Collin D. Wortham, Lee F. Wortham, JC M. Wortham (Kiera) and Cola Warren (Nicholas); her sisters, Adair Zwiener (Ernest) of Horicon, WI and Michalowski (James) of Milwaukee, WI; and also, Lance R. Sturm, Mitchell W. Beaty, Kenneth J Beaty and Christopher D. Beaty. She is also survived by 28 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other loving family members and friends.
