He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Sr. Nimmer and Adela Luebke Nimmer; and his siblings, Earl Nimmer, Erma, Laverne Zemke, Fern Spanbauer and Carlton Nimmer.
He is survived by: his wife Gladys Mae Quimby; his daughter Charlene Arendt; his siblings, Lorraine Kargus, Jeanette Leeman and Robert Nimmer; and his siblings-in-law, Pearl Erdmann, Patrick Quimby and Daniel Quimby. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Memorials may be directed to St. John Lutheran Church in Berlin or American Cancer Society.
