He was predeceased by: his parents, James Sr. Herbst and Dawn Herbst (Miller); his wife Cindy Brown; and his brothers, Terry, Larry and Dennis Herbst.
He is survived by: his stepsons, Corey Cihlar, Princeton and Jason Roberts of Weyauwega; his brothers, James Herbst (Laurie) of Berlin, John Herbst (Mary) of Oshkosh and Tom Herbet (Ruby) of Birnamwood; his sister-in-law Edna; and also Bobbie Jo. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
