He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Gallert and Catherine Drolshagen Gallert; and his siblings, Margaret Wara, Charles Gallert, Shirley Hayes and Jeanette Gallert.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Judi Gallert; and his nieces and nephews, Patti Herring (Dale), Cathy Pischke (Tim), Mike Hayes, Bonnie Walker, Chuck Gallert, Jr., Jeff Gallert and Connie May (Richard). He is also survived by great-nieces and nephews; and great-great-nieces and nephews.
