He was predeceased by: his parents, John Funk and Barbara Meemken Funk; and his brother Dennis Funk. He is survived by: his sister LuAnn Funk (Darrell Allen); his niece Jacquie Funk-Knutson (Erik Knutson); and his close friends, Kathy Hockenhull and Penny Kasuboski.
