He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Rausch; his children, Mike Eagen (Sandy), Sue Schleis (Joe), Karen Wolff (Neal) and Amy Briskie (Jim); his grandchildren, Briann Eagen, Kaitlyn Schleis, Emily Eagen, Ryan Schleis, Jack Wolff and Sam Wolff; his sister Alice Janes; his caregivers, Pat, Joan and Cat; and his friend Amy. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.

A memorial has been established in his memory.
