He is survived by: his mother Gail Firlus Smethurst; his siblings, Dana Stolz, Dawn Aleman, Denise Queen and Danny Smethurst; his uncle Bruce Firlus (Ann); and his stepchildren, Tony Braley (Christina) and Shea Tyacke.
