He is survived by: his parents, Fred Kasuboski and Sally Kasuboski; his siblings, Rebecca Burmesch (Mark), Barbara Van Moorlehem (Aaron), Lisa Kamphuis (Kevin), Elizabeth Hartmann (Dan), Benjamin Kasuboski and Monica Friebel (Scott); and his nieces and nephews, Jacob Kamphuis, Kyle Burmesch, Alyssa Burmesch and Lucy Van Moorlehem. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
