He was predeceased by: his grandmother Barbara Schultz. He is survived by: his parents, Darrin Schultz and Melynda Eichstedt Schultz; his siblings, Brodie and Brynleigh Schultz; his girlfriend Molly Shearer; his grandfathers, Michael Eichstedt (Maureen) and Duane Schultz; his godfather Chad Martin (Jessica); his aunts and uncles, Annette LaSure (Tim), Toni Petit (Victor), Monika Bori (Tim), Lance Schultz (Heather), Mike Eichstedt (Wendy), Matt Eichstedt (Tara) and Marissa Eichstedt; and his friends, Burk and Briggs.

Memorials may be directed to the Brooks Schultz Scholarship Fund for Youth Apprenticeship Program at Farmers and Merchants Bank in Berlin.
