She was predeceased by: her parents, Jess Hardel and Lona Hardel (Rodencal); her husband Donald Leppin; her son-in-law Mark Mortensen; and her siblings, Lucille Hardel, Arlene Hardel, Ardene Prien (Walter), Mildred Smick (Noel) and Clifford Hardel.
She is survived by: her daughter Peggy; her grandson Adam; her son-in-law James Clausen; her sister-in-law Joan Hardel; and her goddaughter Cathy Herbst. She is also survived by many other in-laws, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
