He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Jimmy" Cullen and Georgina Cullen (Olson); and his close friend Robert "Bob" McGlynn. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Kay Luedtke (Jack) of Dubuque, IA, Kathy Zuberbuhler (Greg) of Darlington, Jayne Triem (Shawn) of South Wayne and Steve Cullen (Ann) of Atlanta, GA; and his uncle Elton Olson (Sandy) of Belvidere, IL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and their children.
