It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred A. Hilby of Benton, Wisconsin, who passed away on July 4, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mildred A. Hilby to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Urban Leifker and Bernice Leifker (Doyle); her husband Joseph Hilby; her children, Thomas Hilby and Sharon Hilby; and her siblings, Mary Kilcoyne (Robert), Margaret Ann Leifker, Joseph (Louise), Donald (Mary), Earl, Harold and Charles Leifker.
She is survived by: her children, Lori Hilby and David Hilby (Debora) of Cuba City, WI; her daughter-in-law Cheryl Hilby of Cuba City, WI; her brothers, Arnold Leifker (Rose) of Alexandria, VA and Alvin Leifker of Lancaster, WI; her sister-in-law Charlotte Leifker; and her grandchildren, Adam Hilby (Elaine), Katie Hilby, Emily Kilburg (Austin), Deloss Hilby (Kendra), Darick Hilby, Dustin Hilby, Joseph Trevarthen, Michael Kopetko (Angela) and Matthew Kopetko. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a Mildred A. Hilby Memorial Fund has been established. Donations may be sent to the funeral home at 123 N. Jackson St., Cuba City, WI 53807.
