He was predeceased by: his parents, Theophilus Reynolds and Helen Reynolds (Haggenson); his former wife Ruth Reynolds; his son John Finney Sr.; and his brothers, William, Donald, Thomas and Larry.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Murray; his children, Anthony Reynolds of Manville, IL, Sue Oller of Streator, IL and Cathy Spellious of Streator, IL; and his siblings, Mary Ann Cullen of Leedsburg, FL, Mark Reynolds (Gayle) of Streator, IL and Robert Reynolds. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; 20+ great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the John L. Memorial Fund and sent to the funeral home at 123 N. Jackson St., Cuba City, WI.
