He is survived by: his brother John Jr. Smith (Jean) of Hazel Green, WI; his nephew Jacob Smith (Heidi) of Platteville, WI; his niece Amy Wunderlin (Jesse) of Fort Atkinson, WI; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Carter, Nolan Smith, Julia, Emma and Faye Wunderlin; and his aunts and uncles, Jim Burlage (Joan) of Kieler, WI, Harry Burlage (Kim) of Kieler, WI, Jody Brothers of Peosta, IA, Mary Jo Burlage of Kieler, WI, Maribel Welling of Casseville and Jan Smith of Oakland, CA. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Leonard Funeral Home & Crematory (2595 Rockdale Rd, Dubuque, IA 52003).
