It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willie Caldwell of Beloit, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 20, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Caldwell and Lillian Caldwell (Buford); and his siblings, Ann Sherrill (Caldwell), Louis Caldwell, Hosie Caldwell and George Caldwell, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Mary "Evelyn" Caldwell (Chandler); his children, Dianne Greer (Robert) of Peachtree City, James "Jim" Caldwell (Cheryl) of Lewisville and Darrell Caldwell (Linda) of Fort Wayne, Indiana.; his grandchildren, Nathan Carter, Renee Loiz (Ben), Angela Willis, James Caldwell (Shantha), Carmen Key, Jermaine Caldwell, Jared Caldwell, Darrell Caldwell II, Natalie Blair (Larry) and Chasitee Caldwell; his sister Connie Miller (Caldwell) of Beloit; his nephew Sam Miller of Hendersonville; and his friend Curt Wam of Beloit.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the New Zion Baptist Church (1905 Mound Ave, Beloit, WI 53511). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
