He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clyde Jennings and Shelby Jean Mathis (Wright); his children, Nicholas Mathis, Crystal Wallace (Kyle) and Andrew Mathis; his grandchildren, Kyia, Alissa, Braiden and Dominic; and his siblings, Clyde J. "Jim" Mathis (Donalee), Vicky Squires (Drew), Darby Allen, Mike Mathis (Joann), Gary Allen and Gwen Allen (Matthew Johnson). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
