He was predeceased by: his father Waymon; his siblings, Alice Jean Harrell, Willie D. Harrell and Tilmon Harrell, Jr.; and his grandson Malik Wynn.
He is survived by: his children, Sinfornettia Wynn (Falanda) of Shreveport, Tito Harrell of Atlanta, Georgia and Markeeta Knight-Harrell of Beloit, Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Nyla, Kyln, Ky're and Ti'mon; his sisters, Onnie Hall of Beloit and Frances Rhea of Fort Wayne, Indiana; and his friends, J. T. Lindsey and Carl Davidson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
