She is survived by: her sons, Terrance Van Wormer and Steve Van Wormer; her grandchildren, Baylee Van Wormer, Ashlee Brown, Stephany Van Wormer and Robbie Van Wormer; and her great grandchildren, Jionni, Mariano and Adrianna.
