With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thomas B. Holter of Beloit, Wisconsin, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 1, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Holter and Mabel Holter (Mellon); and his sisters, Janet Korb and Susan Kurth. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Herbst; his children, Peter Holter of Flagstaff, AZ, Steven Holter of Cedar Rapids, IA and Sara Love (Will) of Byron, IL; his grandchildren, Dylan, Emily, Hailey and Leo; his great grandchildren, Noah and Khloe; and his brothers-in-law, Gordon Korb and William Kurth.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established in his name at a later date.
