He is survived by: his parents, Keith E. Putney and Barbara A. Putney (Johnson); his wife Kerri Hotchkiss-Putney; his sons, J. D. Putney and Blake Putney; and his sister Ashley Joy Putney. He is also survived by many friends and neighbors.
