He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Eucker (Helmts) and Raymond Eucker Sr.; his wife Candice Eucker; his daughter Sarah; his stepdaughter April Rankins; and his pet Sadsack.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Rankins (Connie), Laura Lee (Terry), Daniel Rankins (Tracy) and Eric Rankins (Nicole); and his stepdaughters, Melissa and Luciana Rankins. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
