He was predeceased by: his parents, Alphons Govert and Agnes Govert (Stockman); and his brothers, Gerald Govert, Wally Govert, Leon Govert and Ralph Govert.
He is survived by: his brothers, Richard Govert (Pam) of Brodhead, WI, Louis Govert (Karen) of Beloit, WI and Francis Govert (Terry) of Beloit, WI; and his sister-in-law Diana Govert. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
