He was predeceased by: his brother Donald E. Folts. He is survived by: his nephews, Dean Folts (Laura) of Beloit, Perry Folts (Cindy) of Beloit, Brice Folts (Sue) of Jefferson and Loren Folts (Liz) of Beloit; and his great-nephews, Jerel Folts (Shelley Wagner), Zared Folts, Brock Folts (Tiffany), Andy Folts (Molly) and Lance Mueller (Lily).
