She was predeceased by: her father Wayne Mayfield; and her brothers, Michael and Craig. She is survived by: her mother Yvonne Mayfield (Hartley) of Beloit, WI.; her children, Stacey Grover (Matthew) of Beloit, WI. and Tyler Mayfield of Beloit, WI.; her granddaughters, Bre, Arionna and Courtnie; her siblings, Steve Mayfield (Liz) of Beloit, WI., Brian Mayfield (Debbie) of Holman, WI., Bradley Mayfield of Beloit, WI. and Barbara Terry (Curt) of Janesville, WI.; her daughter Meg Kinsey (Hank); and her grandchildren, Hank Jr. and Hazel. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Social distancing and face mask are required.
