He is survived by: his wife Jana Smith (Hereford); his children, Keisha M. Smith, Tyler J. McClinton, Kolby A. Smith and Kamdyn D. Smith; his mother Harriette L. Smith of Beloit, WI.; his siblings, Pam L. Smith of Beloit, WI, Brenda D. Smith of Kansas City, MO, Benjamin Smith (Karla) of Beloit, WI, Glenn Smith of Beloit, WI, Susanne Bevineau (Richard) of Beloit, WI and Kenneth Smith (Jaquan) of Plainfield, IL.; his grandson Malachi Elliott II; and his brothers, Kevin Smith and Ryan Anderson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and many other family and friends.
