He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Fjalstad and Stella Fjalstad (Paulson); his brother Lowell Fjalstad; and his siblings-in-law, Julia Fjalstad and John Menke.
He is survived by: his sons, Steen Fjalstad (Maria) of St. Paul, MN, Justin Fjalstad (Andrea) of Beloit, WI and Adam Fjalstad (Cassie) of Beloit, WI; his grandchildren, Logan (Gretchen), Sage, Aiden, Silas, Toby, Vivian, Genevieve, Cayden and Grayson; his sisters, Carolee Emmel (David) of Beloit and Bonnie Menke of Beloit; his former wife Valerie Hopper; and his close friend Sue. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Daley Murphy Wisch & Associates Funeral Home and Crematorium (2355 Cranston Rd, Beloit, WI 53511). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
