He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Joseph Kelley and Margaret Kelley (MacKechnie); his wife Carole Gregory; his daughter-in-law Lisa Kelley; and his brother Mike Kelley.
He is survived by: his sons, Patrick Kelley (Heather), Jason Kelley (Jane), Colonel Andrew Kelley (Danielle) and John Kelley (John Borgwardt); his grandchildren, Soibhan Kelley (Jake Verfuerth), Kolton Kelley, William Kelley, Rebecca Grace Kelley, Jason Jennings (Colleen) and Sylvia Jennings; his sister Margaret Wopat (Ben); and his sister-in-law Myrna Kelley.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Daley Murphy Wisch & Associates Funeral Home and Crematorium (2355 Cranston Rd, Beloit, WI 53511).
In lieu of flowers, memorials in his name may be made to Beloit Regional Hospice.
