He is survived by: his wife Cathy Adams; his daughter Sarah; his granddaughters, Jadyn and Sydney; his cousins, David, Philip Berg, Dawn Omark (Berg) and Ron Amerson; his siblings-in-law, Carol Lawrence, Julie Irwin and Bob Adams; and his close friends, Rich Blum, Fran Govert, Jeff Zank, Randy Ramsey, Russ Beyer, Pat Lanphear, Roger Buzzo and Al Gjeston.
Memorials in his name may be given to Agrace Hospice or to any veteran's charity.
