Bailey; his children, Lauri Lee Neumann Whitehorn, John Gunther Neumann, Cynthia Bernice Joseph (Gerry) and Steven Arthur Neumann; his siblings-in-law, Carol Bailey, Richard and Pat Bailey; his nieces and nephews, Jim Kauppinen (Chris), Malia Mohan, Bruce Bailey, Lisa Bolser, Mike, Bill (Jane), Tim, David, Sean, Jeremy Bailey, Tracey, Scott Bailey, Kristy Hanaman, Shayna Foley, Sara and Ryan Bailey; his grandchildren, Lisa Marie Neumann, Lindsey Megan (Rolando Casique), Carissa Elizabeth Hill, Kyle John Neumann and Caleb Naasir Hill; and his great grandchildren, Dayshaun, Jordan, Julianna, Alexia and Yamilette. He is also survived by his wife, four children.
