She is survived by: her husband Terry O'Brien; her daughters, Melissa O'Brien and Jennifer O'Brien-Meyers; her grandchildren, Brittney Palmer, James Palmer, Chloe Meyers, Bronwyn Sherlund and Tobias "Toby" Sherlund; her parent Kathy Tuttle; her siblings-in-law, Colleen Culver, Theresa O'Brien, John O'Brien (Joan) and Mike Parker; her cousin Dave Truckey; her friends, Jim and Judy Davis; and her caregivers, Trishia and Beth. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
