He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary McNeal and James Jerry Sayre. He is survived by: his siblings, Vicky Sayre of Chicago, IL, Jenny Hartman (Todd) of Glenview, IL and James McNeal of Indianapolis, IN; and his stepdaughter Nicole. He is also survived by one niece and three nephews.
