She is survived by: her parents, Brian Gemert and Tracy Van Gemert (Servin); her children, Jace and Penelope Stout; her siblings, Nick Van Gemert (Anna), Jessica Chambers (Michael) and Brett Servin (Michelle); her nieces and nephews, Brooklyn, Madison, Mya, Caleb, Dawson and Matthew; her grandfather Ken Servin; and her son John Stout Jr.. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins; and the father.
