With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara DeVoe of Beloit, Wisconsin, born in Milton, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 23, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Kelly and Gladys Kelly (Yale); her son Ronnie DeVoe; her son-in-law Thomas Krantz; her sisters, Betty Meyer, Joann Hanthorn, Geraldine "Gerry" Quaerna, Rosemary "Rosie" Woodrell, Peggy Sadler and Carmelita Gloede; and her sister-in-law Sally Kelly.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vicki Hill (Jack) of Lodi, WI and Cynthia "Cindy" Krantz of Beloit, WI; her grandchildren, Aaron Hill (Liz), Melissa Syvrud (Tim), Josh Halley (Kelly) and Lindsay Halley; her great grandchildren, Peyton Syvrud, Brady Syvrud, Bryson Halley, Kellin Halley of Chase Halley, J. T and Jaxon Hall; and her brothers, Dick Kelly of Janesville, WI and Tom Kelly (Susan) of Sun Prairie, WI. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
