She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Hilt and Dorothy Hilt (Lawrence); her husband William Chizek; her brothers, Emanuel Hilt and Eugene Hilt Jr. (Jerry); her grandson Jeremy "J. C." Moessner; her son-in-law Steve Sanda; her siblings-in-law, Cecilia Winterstein (George), Mike Tockey and Edward "Ed" Chizek (Deloris); and her pets, Fluffy, Savannah-Banana and Quincy.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Chizek (Peggy) of Beloit, WI, Sue Sanda of Beloit, WI and Vickie Hansen (Larry) of Beloit, WI; her grandchildren, Michael Chizek, Melissa Cliver (Ken Cornellier) and David Chizek (Kendra Hall); her great grandchildren, Hunter Chizek (Courtney), Emmalee and Conner Cliver; her great great grandchild Thomas Chizek; her sisters-in-law, Gertrude Hilt and Dorothy Tockey; her cousins, Nancy O'Leary (Chuck) and David Hilt; and also, Carla, JoAnn, Amanda and Agnes.
