He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert Bockhop and Grace Bockhop (Eustice); his son Dennis; his grandson TJ Bockhop; and his siblings, Clifford, William "Wayne", Gary "Sparrow", Mark, Dan and Beverly Lapp.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Maggie" Kamps; his sons, Michael, Mike Bockhop (Carol Fedie), Rick Bockhop (Cheryl) and Kevin "Homer" Bockhop (Michele); his sisters, Karen Nodorft (Roger) and Gayle Speth (Dan); and his sisters-in-law, Carol, Eldeen, Nancy and Kathy. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
