Jeffrey Alan Dornink Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 26, 2018 we had to say goodbye to Jeffrey Alan Dornink (Belmont, Wisconsin). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Gordon Dornink; his father-in-law Eldridge Erickson; his niece Bobbi Jo Kapke; and his nephew Brian Kapke. He is survived by: his child Jeffrey Alan Dornink; his wife Lynette; his son Tyler; his mother Jo Dornink; his brothers, Rick Dornink (Beth) and Mike Dornink (Kim); his mother-in-law Barbara Erickson; and also, Peg Kapke (Bob), Glenda Camron (Ron), Gloria Scherer (Louis), Bev Wartenweiler (Bob), Harlan Erickson and Helen Rabe (Dave). He is also survived by 19 nieces and nephews; 29 great-nieces and nephews; and amazing aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Jeff Dornink Memorial Fund which will be used to fund scholarships for students at SWTC.
