He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Mester and Helen Mester (Belmont); his wife Joyce Clayton; his son Wayne; his grandsons, Brian and Josh Mester; his parents-in-law, Cecil and Cora Clayton; his sister Arlene; and his siblings-in-law, Gordon Ingersoll, Gola Finkelmeyer, Cecil and Donald Clayton.
He is survived by: his children, Becky Donahoe (Mike), Terry (Deb) of Mineral Point and Bill (Chris) of Mineral Point; and his siblings-in-law, Roger Clayton, Pauline of Platteville and Jackie Clayton of Platteville. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren.
