He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wiegel and Clara Wiegel (Hinderman); his brothers, Carl Wiegel and Paul Wiegel; and his brother-in-law Charles Mulcahy.

He is survived by: his children, Debbie Blackbourn (Harry Lee) of Shullsburg, WI, Jeff Wiegel (Vicki) of Zachary, LA, Mike Wiegel (Penny) of Belmont, Tracy Wiegel of Belmont and Brad Wiegel (Patricia) of Shullsburg; his sisters, Helen Lind (Mike) of Florida and Mary Mulcahy of Rockford, IL; his sisters-in-law, Pat Wiegel of Dubuque, IA and Tenny Wiegel of Madison, WI; and his close friend Donna Linden of Belmont. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.

For those who prefer, a memorial fund has been established in Glen's name.
