He was predeceased by: his wife Alice; his parents, Thomas Hobart and Alice Williams; his siblings, Sue Graham (Erwin), Doris Contin (John), Helen Bowden (John), Ruth Bowden (Warren), James Williams (Shirley), John Williams (Gail) and Phyllis Reynolds (Edward); and his grandson Kyle Minder.
He is survived by: his children, Diane Murdock (Jeff), Carol Beals (James), Roger Williams (Amy) and Walter Hemple; and his sisters-in-law, Gail Williams and Shirley Williams. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren several nieces and nephews and extended family.
Due to concerns regarding the pandemic, family traveling and gathering safely, the family will have a Celebration of Life at a later date, late spring or early summer.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Belmont United Methodist Church in memory of George and Alice Williams.
