She was predeceased by: her parents, Cord Poppe and Adelheid Poppe (Elhers); her spouse Nickson P. Horn of Platteville; her daughter Irene Orth; her daughter-in-law Barbara Horn; her granddaughter Rachel Schuster; her brother Martin Poppe (Beth "Betty"); and her siblings-in-law, Marianne Poppe, Joanne Sadeweasser (Don), LaVern "Snookie" Heller (Coralie) and Charles "Bud" Heller.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Horn (Geralyn), Bernice Dorota, John Horn (Joan) and Nick Horn; her brothers, John Poppe (Patti) and Richard Poppe; and her sister-in-law Barbara Heller. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
