He was predeceased by: his brother Elwood Jr.; and his sister-in-law Mary Ann. He is survived by: his wife Linda Kuk; his children, Scott Hultine (Becky), Bill Hultine, Jr., Jody Hultine, Daniel "Jay" Hultine, Geri Williams (Mike) and Molly Hultine; and his siblings, Jerry Hultine (Judy), Ed Hultine, Vaughn Hultine and Valerie Baumgartner. He is also survived by nieces, and nephews.
