It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard D. Hartwig Sr. of Belleville, Wisconsin, who passed away on June 28, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hartwig and Evelyn Hartwig (Tourdot); his wife Lorraine Phillips; his grandson Eric Hartwig; and his siblings, Bernice Steinhauer, Eleanor Albertson, Jack and Clarence Hartwig.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Hartwig, Jr., Steve Hartwig (Colleen) and Judy Gill (Lonnie); and his sister Gladys Hartwig. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
