He is survived by: his daughters, Renee Joette Ketelboeter (Dale) and Suzanne Klumb (John); his grandsons, Nathan Klumb (Cheyenne), Paul Klumb (Cassy), Zachary Ketelboeter (Hannah) and Jeremy Ketelboeter; his great grandchildren, Braylon, Jemah, Gunner, Gracie, Morgan, Madex, Carson James (CJ), Sully and Kassidy; his sister-in-law Barbara Hanna; his niece Sonja Galovics; and his caregivers, Brenda Jelle, Brenda Parrell, Lynn Slotten and Sierra Whisler.
