She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bowers and Reatha Bowers (Field); her husband Russell Pernot; her daughter Renee Janelle; and her brother Robert Bowers.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark Pernot (Alison) and Steve Pernot (Debbie); and her grandchildren, Benjamin, Toby, Isaac and Naomi.
Lucille also knitted many lap quilts that were donated to families at St. Mary's Hospital in Madison.
