Barbara Ann Belle Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Ann Belle of Belleville, Wisconsin, born in Elkhorn, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 26, 2022 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kellogg William and Laura Elizabeth Harkins (Dopke); her husband Robert Lowell Belle; and her siblings, Marjorie Harkins Buchanan Kiewit, William Kellogg Harkins and John Charles Harkins.
She is survived by: her children, Jonathan Robert GoldbergBelle (Elissa) and Christine Ann Belle (Kurt Neumann); her grandchildren, Staci (John), Keren, Robert, Matthew, Kristopher and Luke (Abby); and her great grandchildren, Tyler and Rowan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and dear friends.
