He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Ansay and Mary Ansay (Schueller); his wife Joan Rosewitz of Mary's Church; his siblings, Marjorie Harns (Rich), Madeline Prom and Arno Ansay (Luella); and his siblings-in-law, Mary Ann Liermann (Don), Ronald Albrecht and Alvin Zettler.
He is survived by: his children, Daniel Ansay (Ardell) and Gerri Bichler (Roy); his grandchildren, Erin Hobbs (Derek), Katie Graziano (Matt), Eric Bichler, Jason Bichler (Meghan) and Ryan Bichler; and his siblings-in-law, Sylvester Prom, Jean Gasser (Joe), Janice Albrecht and Diane Zettler. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials are appreciated to Camp American Legion or to the Divine Savior Catholic Parish.
