She is survived by: her husband Thomas Russell Phernetton; her children, Todd Simanski (Julie) of Ankeny, IA, Jamie Randall of Ellsworth and Michelle Helmueller (Jay) of Ellsworth; and her siblings, Wanda Gerdes (Wayne), Shelly Simanski (Denise), Heidi Tomforde (Dick) and Jenny Jacobson (Herb). She is also survived by grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
